In House Kids Tournament August 5th

The Lamorinda Jiu Jitsu In-House Tournament is a great opportunity for kids to compete against each other and test their skills. Here are some reasons why you should compete in the tournament:

  • It's a great way to learn and improve. Competing in a tournament can help you learn how to handle the pressure of competition, how to adapt your game plan to different opponents, and how to stay focused and motivated.
  • It's a great way to meet new people. You'll get to meet other kids who are interested in jiu jitsu, and you might even make some new friends.
  • It's a great way to have fun. Competing in a tournament can be a lot of fun, and it's a great way to test your skills and see how you stack up against other people.

The tournament is open to all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned veteran, you're welcome to participate. The cost is $25 per competitor, and the deadline to register is August 1st.

If you're interested in competing in the tournament, please contact Steph at (925) 956-9508.

Here are some specific benefits of competing in the Lamorinda Jiu Jitsu In-House Tournament:

  • You'll get to compete against other kids from your own school, which will give you a good sense of how you stack up against your peers.
  • You'll get to compete under JJWL rules, which are the same rules that are used in most major jiu jitsu tournaments. This will give you a good introduction to what it's like to compete in a real tournament.
  • You'll get to experience the atmosphere of a tournament, which can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. This will help you prepare for future tournaments.
  • You'll get to earn a medal if you place, which is a great way to feel proud of your accomplishments.

I hope to see you at the tournament!
